had a post-nday celebration cum mini gathering over at my place yesterday. food was prepared by my dad and my mom helped to order some finger food for us. it was real fun to have them all over here, i'm missing the good old days we had back then. everything were so simple and carefree then. during dinner, the ns men had lots to share again. i'm beginning to pick up some terms frequently used in ns from them already. and i can finally understand why some of them rather go on biscuits for days during outfield. their food ration taste horrible! it looks sticky and smells funny. yikes. i can never imagined myself eating that for days, really. after dinner, a group of them started the game of life while the rest just slack around. i had half round of monopoly with serene and ruwei, then went on to entertain the guys with my childhood photos. and thanks to me, they had a good time laughing and teasing at how chubby my sister and i were. lol. we then rummaged through the laptop to look for funny videos to laugh at. i guess we are just a bunch of people deprived of funny and interesting stuffs la.
i practically dragged myself out of bed this afternoon due to a sudden pang of hunger. and got a call from kj asking to join them for lunch but i remembered there'r still a lot of leftover from yesterday. so in the end, they came over to help me cleared the leftover. thank goodness, if not i'm gonna eat that same fried beehoon for duno how many days. they'r off to tekong again. and my holiday is over! how sad...
