when was the last time i spent my saturday night and sunday afternoon at home doing nothing. thanks to the unforeseen fever & sore throat, im not able to join the guys for alil party yesterday night. although im not so welcome by the birthday boy himself, but i do believe it will be so much fun with me around hahaha. the afternoon karaoke session at chevron was not bad at all, the songs are updated, the ambience is nice & cosy (someone comment that the room looks like some fishtank in geylang), and the best part was we didnt have to pay cause mr tan was feeling generous that day! =)
the 4days work at communic asia was quite an experience! was made to dress up in some funny-looking sailormoon dress with boots that are meant for people with tiny feet (okay maybe its just me having humongous feet). the first day was rather terrible... the queue for the company information package was never ending! bev and i had to pack like crazy while more of them joined in the queue. i bet they'r just queueing for the souvenirs. bev was quite pissed off with the crowd and asked them if they just want the souvenirs, cause if thats the case we would just give it to them and it'll save our time from packing all the company brochures into the bag. by the 3rd & 4th day we have ran out of almost everything... even paper bags were up for grab, can u believe it?! *shakes head
sometimes, absence do makes the heart grow fonder. i miss my sister.
