i LOVE baking despite of those countless failed attempts. actually i havent done baking for quite some time until recently when i had this heavenly tiramisu at Ristorante De Parma did it start to ignite my passion for baking once again. however after several tries, i still cant quite get my tiramisu to the right consistency... the cheese mixture always turn out to be too watery and it looks kinda gross. although it dont look as appetizing as the tiramisu you see in cafes, the taste is somewhat there la haha so im kinda happy with it =) right now, im working out on a different recipe: cheesecake. the first attempt was relatively good and i received good feedbacks from my 'guinea pigs'. My mum, who's not a cheese lover, said it was waaay better than the tiramisu and someone said it tasted a bit like Fiesta's cheesecake...lol oh wells, who knows i might be a cheesecake master someday. what a wonderful dream =)
so good that i thot i'd die and went to tiramisu heaven
